Ugh, I hate myself for being so unmotivated…
I don’t even know when was the last time I exercised not to mention stretching!
All I do is eating clean and healthy for one or two days and then having a couple of days overeating.
So of course, my weight remained the same, within +/- up to 2 kgs (I think that is because of excess water?!)
But, baby steps, Sue, baby steps. Keeping the weight is better than gaining!
Nevertheless, I adapted my semester break weightloss-plan and I really want to reach 62 kg.. 3 kg in 5 weeks shouldn’t be THAT hard!
